We had a very good experience buying a car from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My husband and I had Steven Fuentes to help us find just the right car. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job! The 2010 Camry we bought is great! P.J. made the financial part go smoothly. The deal was fair and we would recommend this dealership. This went very well and all the employees were friendly.

Let me tell you about my fabulous experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. I bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla about 3 weeks ago. My sales guy was Steven Fuentes. I told him that I would buy the car I had test driven, but that my dream was to have a hot pink car. Steven found me an Auto Body Shop and then went the extra mile to help me get it painted. Steven sent one of the men who worked there to drive the car to R & S Auto Body Shop on Armenia in Tampa, and then he personally went and picked it up himself when it was done. Last Friday morning 5/25, when I went into the dealership to pick up my car, Steven had driven it into the showroom and put pink balloons on it. I am tickled pink that he and all the Wesley Chapel Staff went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. AND I AM. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota in Wesley Chapel Florida. A++++ Service. A million thank you's and make sure you ask for Steven Fuentes. HE'S AWESOME.

It's pretty rare in the car buying

It's pretty rare in the car buying experience that you feel like the person selling you the car (in this case Jack Peck) is actually listening to what you say you want.

Jack was with us all the way and totally understood what was important to me and my wife when it came to selecting a minivan. We're on a tight budget so he also found a way to get us into the vehicle we wanted, but without breaking the bank account.

Great customer service and a straightforward deal. We're definitely coming back to Jack and Wesley Chapel Toyota next time. Highly recommend.

Best Car Buying Experience

So I was in need of a new car, and wasn't really sure that I would have a lot of options. I worked with Steve Fuentes for a few days to figure out what my needs and wants were, and what kind of financing options I had.

I set up an appointment, and the day of my appointment he called me with a few options that he had on the lot. When I showed up (expecting to buy a used car) he had a new 2012 Corolla already setup and waiting for me to test drive. I thought there's no way this is goin to happen. Well, he worked hard with the banks to get the approval AND gave me a GREAT DEAL!!

I couldn't believe I just bought a brand new car!! HE was so courteous and respectful, very friendly, and gave me everything I wanted in a car (including a payment I could afford). I'm keeping this car for a while, but definitely recommending to everyone I know that they need to see him when buying a car.

Toyota is smart for making him the face of their company when I went to see him to buy my car!

Poor skilled technicians

I went to this Wesley chapel Toyota dealer for replacement of the battery. The mechanic along with customer service representative say they cannot remove the battery connector plugs because of the corrosion and it needs entire wiring to the battery to be replaced and the cost would be $2110. Sounded ridiculous to me. Took the car to SAMs club. The guy in SAMs club replaced the battery in 10 minutes with out any complaints. He was able to remove the connector plugs and easily replace the battery in 10 mins. Not sure if the Wesley chapel Toyota guys need more training on their job or they are trying to make more money like this.

Worst Service

Dont bother to go. The Service screwed me twice. First on 10K miles on my new camry, my wife ask me to have it service. It was Saturday 7:40 was my schedule. I park inside the service hangar but nobody approach me. I waited like 45mins right next to my car and nobody cares. Worst, I went inside and ask for help and what I heared is""where have you been? We been looking for you"" I feel like I'm stupid and I told the guy, you saw me standing right next to my car. On my 25K maintenance, they never took me in coz I was late for only 3 mins on my appointment. Hello people! 3 mins! So dont even bother to go there. Nobodys perfect but I dont think screwing me twice is acceptable.

I did know I wanted a Toyota and Wesley Chapel is very close to the house so I stopped in to look around. After taking the Camry for a test drive I was sold on the car. After doing the number and with the down payment I had I had no clue the Wesley Chapel would take care of us so well. Im very satisfied with all the service I received.

Amazing Work!!

I was having a problem with my Camry. I went to my local shop and they couldn?t figure out what was wrong. I went down to the dealer, Wesley Chapel. They got my car in right away, no wait. After about an hour which is very reasonable in my eyes, they came to tell me I had a loose connection. I asked how much was the bill and it was covered under warranty. I didn?t even know my car was still under warranty. If not for Wesley Chapel Toyota I would still be lost. They did AMAZING WORK!!!

What brought me to Wesley Chap...

What brought me to Wesley Chapel was to return my lease. I have had my Camry for almost 3 years now and I do love it but I do think it was time to get a new one. I already knew I wanted to get myself a new Lease with a new one. They gave me the option to purchase mine at a very low price and so I did. It would be the perfect gift to my daughter. I ended up with 2 cars that day and I am very happy with the deal I got. Great Job Wesley Chapel.

What a treat! I loathe car dealerships, but this joint has turned me around 180° -- They do free massages and manicures for heaven's sake! My sales guy was very pleasant, didn't do the back and forth garbage and he gave me a good deal without me having to pull teeth to get it. I honestly could just hang out there, it's that comfortable.

I've been a teacher in Tampa for 25 years and I know a ton of people -- I will make sure they all know how good this place is. My salesperson Albert was an absolute professional and I am sorry I gave him such a hard time! I was prepared for the same bull I got a 3 other dealers, but it never happened (maybe I was just worn out by the time I got to wesley chapel:). Love my new wheels and I'll be back. Regards, Jim
