They installed our carpet and we had paid 50% already, the guys were hurried and there are now bumps all through the carpet and staples stabbing us. Just before they were to come to rectify that problem I got a stain on the carpet. The stain won't come up at all!! I told them and the foreman was very rude, stating the manufactur won't help me since I didn't pay the entire balance. Seriously?! Do you actually think we are stupid?! They are trying to bully is. Also, when they called to get the other 50% and when I told them about the lumpy carpet the women yelled at me for not calling earlier. I was out of town!! Regardless, treat your customers like customers. We have a business. My husband is a successful contractor not only for the quality of his work, but good customer service.

We have had a problem every step of the process while dealing with Larry Lint. First they misquoted prices in the showroom TWICE, and of course they were under-quoting so it was way more than we expected. Next they completely mismeasured. Did you know that 7'x8'=111 sq feet? Must be that new math, and that was just one of MANY math mistakes. In total their errors came to $3,500. Luckily, we double checked it all. Next they added the quote incorrectly, again costing us money. Right now, we're in the middle of install. The tile wall they put in is bowed in middle and it's out of plumb...so is the other side of the shower. They chipped tiles, but used them anyway. The floor is uneven and they put tiles in with the cut edge sticking out. That's a no no. Oh, and they put 6 holes in our walls and are claiming it's not their fault. NEVER use Larry Lint flooring, unless quality, honesty and math skills aren't important to you!!!!

I have had work done by Lint flooring many many times, and they have never let me down. In one instance, the floor tile color was just a little off, even though the lot numbers were the same. The floor was already installed but hadn't been grouted yet. I called them about the color being off and since the ceramic tile had already been put down, they offered me a deep discount which I took. And after the grouting was done, I was more than happy with it. I'm on my way for glass tile for my shower and I know I'll be pleased with Larry Lint!

I just ordered another floor from Larry Lint's and as always, they were WAY CHEAPER than the other flooring companies around!! I have been getting flooring done by Lint's since 1985 and I can say they always do an EXCELLENT job. In fact, my neighbors and relatives were so impressed with my flooring, they started using Lint's too (and actually ordered some of the same flooring I picked!!)
They have a GREAT SHOWROOM TOO!!! Lot's to pick from :)

After Using Larry Lint for the First time I will never use them again and will encourage anyone that will listen not to use them either. After his employee made an honest mistake and quoted, ordered and installed the wrong texture of carpet. [the gentleman that quoted the job was fired prior to installation for the number of errors he was making] After calling the shop and discussing the error with a service rep. I was offered a solution to fix the mistake in the limited time frame that I was under. The solution even cost me more money but I accepted it anyway, signed and tried to pay. After Leaving the showroom, the service rep. called me to let me know that Larry was not honoring the offer. I asked him to have Larry Lint himself call me. He did not. So a day later I called him. Larry proceeded to tell me that he and I were done and he wasn't fixing the problem, and then he Hung up on me!!! I called back and he said that I wasn't getting anything and that I should get an attorney. I am in the process of filing this with my local small claims court. The judge will decide.
I was warned not to use Larry Lint for this by another contractor and did not listen. Don't do the same thing! Call someone else, Anyone else! Mistakes happen, service is how those are handled.
