Continental Auto Repair & Svc

I've been taking my '91 BMW M5 to Continental for a few years. Nothing fancy, they're real straight shooters, do good work in a timely fashion and charge very reasonable rates. I bring my own parts so get the best prices on them too. No problems making appointments either.

Terrible place to take your car, it took them two weeks before I had to call myself and ask if they found out what was wrong, then they tell me oh we've known we just thought you wanted us to look at it not fix it. They tell me they will order the part that day (Friday) and it should be there Tuesday or Thursday at latest. I call on Wednesday no part says he will call when it is ready, couple days later call again still no part, a week passes I decide to call again and guess what still no part, so I ask about how long and he gets all defensive and say I don't know it's in transit there's nothing I can do its not my fault. Very unprofessional, so then be being a 19 year old female I ask my mother to step in and help me get some answers, low and behold he tells her I am harrassing him about my car and that it won't get done any faster if I keep calling... it has been two more weeks and every time I call I don't get a answer or reply. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will absolutely not take my car here again. WORST PLACE EVER!!!
