Smokey Bones Wellington

Today I went to the Smokey bones restaurant located 10260 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414. Today my family took me out to eat for Father’s Day. After we went in and requested a table for 8 people we sat and waited patiently however 40 min went by and I notice everybody else was already seated even the people that just walked in 🤔so I ask the receptionist what’s going on we’ve been waiting for 40 min and everyone else is getting in? She replied “the buzzer probably not working give me 15 more min” I then went back sitting down. after another 40 min of waiting and watching all those people getting in and the people that was there the same time I came already ate their food and waiting for the check. Keep in mind i’m with two adults five kids include my 7 months old son who started crying. I was fed up 😡 I then left after waisting more than a hour waiting. This is bad business and no one as a customer should be treated that way.

Food was great, service was also great! Really enjoyed everything! My family will keep coming in! Thank you!!

Take out is slow say 20 minutes but takes 45 minutes, order needs to be checked before you leave as it is usually not correct. No more coupons so not such a great value.
