It takes four to six hours it seems to to do anything at that store. My phone broke before a very busy business weekend. They told me it would take a week to get a replacement unless I wanted to upgrade a phone with a new service plan. I can't go that long without my business phone so I asked them to forward that line to my other phone so I could wait a week for my new phone to arrive. The guy told me he had been there 11 years and there was no way for them to forward that line. 6 hours later I was going to another phone store to get a new phone because I needed it for business anyways. They told me all that just to try and make a sale because I called their customer care line and they forwarded the business line to my other phone all in 15 minutes. That was a very scam thing to do.

This store is always busy, so be prepared to wait a good hour or two prior to visiting. I had a technical phone malfunction and went in to get it repaired. After waiting 30 minutes in store, a rep told me it would take about an hour and a half for the tech team to fix it. I left, came back and my phone STILL had the same problem. They were about to make me wait yet again not five minutes after I left after picking up my phone, but I refused and a rep told me they would send me a new phone to my adress.
Whomever told me this ignored me and did not place an order, so after spending 2 hours on the phone with sprint customer service I called the store and spent 45 minutes on hold for their tech team. I called yet again after losing patience and was finally told I would receive a new phone.
If you want anything done in this store, it would seem you have to call with an extremely pissed off attitude. Been with sprint for ten years, but something within the last year has gone seriously wrong with their customer service.

So I went into the store yesterday to inquire about the line of credit for my account since i extended my contract with them. And the Lead retail sales person Rachel (She is the best thing since Buttered Bread) Helped me with that and I had another issue.
I convinced my GF to leave cricket for sprint as it is a better cell provider. When we signed up Rachel told us she could get a 125.00 credit for each line that we ported over.
Well it takes 60 days for the credit to appear and it is now almost 90 days when i was in there 2 weeks ago the Retail associate told me that if it was not the bill they would add it there in the store.
Well after 2 hours dealing with the issue on the phone with Rachel I got no where not here fault. So I started to talk to the Store Manger (Troll) she was trying to lay the blame on us for not getting it., What kind of customer service is that.
So i left disgusted and then jumped on the phone to customer service and that took me 1.5 hours and still got nothing resolved.
Finally around 9:00 pm Rachel called us and she applied the credit to the account. I urge everyone that values customer service to avoid this store or go there and experience the rude Customer service by Tammie (Troll) and then complain as this store use to be a great store Let our voices be heard and lets get rid of the crappy manager
