Watch your financing and how they are calculating all your monies. This is the second and last time we will deal with Doyle. Each time they miscalculated the cost to finance. We are presently trying to get our money refunded for an extended warranty refund. Got about half the refund, are waiting for the remaining refund which we were assured would be here by last weekend. Their excuse why we got only half the refund was that the check was sent to the wrong person. How can that be when we received a partial check with the correct name, address and contract number. It seems like they will do anything to scam a few bucks.
Bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Henderson Ford in August of 2016. My sales person Thomas Smith was great but there Sales manager Trent was a piece of work. It took him a month to finance me. I was on a dealer plate forever and final months later got my registration. Still no title talked to DMV and they said Henderson didn't do the paper work correctly. I had two give Henderson my first months & second months payment to send to the bank to get approved. He didn't send them out on time I got a call from the bank saying I was 60 days behind on payments. Also Trent pulled my credit well over 15 times. So now I'm in the market for a second auto loan. I went back to give THOMAS SMITH & only him my business because he was wonderful. I went in a week ago and still nothing. I have to call the sales manager all the time then never call me with updates. So again he pulled my credit multiple times and I have him a $2000.00 holding fee for the car! He then tells me today he's. m not doing the deal because I call him too much, I called him two times a day if that. I also told him not to submit my credit to a certain bank and guess what he did the complete opposite. The story is much to long to explain. BEWARE HENDERSON FORD!!! He also swear at me the first time I bought a car he sold me with a bad transmission good thing it was under warranty.......go to Van Bortel Ford!
After going through 2 years of financial and personal issues I went to Henderson Ford, to purchase a much needed vehicle. I spoke with Kelly regarding the previous issues I had and she recommended me to come in and speak with one of the sales reps Frank Rollins. I did go in and was "BLESSED" to encounter some of the best people to do business with, Frank the sales person and Trent the manager, made my purchasing a vehicle the best experience I have ever encounter with any car dealership- and I have purchased several cars in the past from different Vendors. Henderson Ford Dealership and their employees are the best. Kelly, Frank and Trent thank you so much for your help.

I would not recommend this dealership what so ever. Worst service I have ever experienced. They acted like they would take care of you just so you buy a vehicle and once you purchase that car they will not help you out after that. It's an on going process of getting the run around with my vehicle issues. Today I brought my vehicle in at 10:30AM for a loud humming noise (second time this year mind you) for my 2013 Dodge Dart was told by two service workers that I would get a call back in at least an hour, never got a call back. I proceeded to call them (which is horrible customer service) at 12pm to ask what they had planned with my vehicle was told they are not done looking at it and I would get a call back in a little while. Never got a call back, called them at 4:45pm was told that they were closing and they transferred me to the service department which brought me to the voicemail. Called again, wondering if I can talk to someone to at least pick up my car and a woman said she was going to go right down to the service area to have someone call me back and no one ever called me back! I completely disgusted with this service, I am now out of a vehicle till Monday. This is completely ridiculous that I wasn't even given the curtesy of a phone call saying my vehicle is taken all weekend when I was told that I was going to be getting it back that day! Going to corporate levels with this now.WORST MISTAKE WAS TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Do yourself a favor and do not even bother buying a car from here.

RACIST !!!!!! Do not ever purchase a vehicle here or give them business. My husband and I were profiled and it was horrible. We are Nurse and Minister and what we experienced was an outrage and if no one comes forward about this behavior it will continue. marina your RACIST PROFILING has no place in a modern America ! I am ashamed that I have to write this review. Our poor mannered sales representative told us we were wasting his time because he was ready to go home. In there defense (that's why they get one star) they were about to close, How about doing everyone a favor and close FOREVER !!!!!!! Seriously Forever !! If you value your time and value being treated as a person and not judged by the pigment of your skin Shop elsewhere. I'm so sick of car dealerships treating customers/consumers as though they are doing people favors by what ? Selling a product ? That's right it is our choice as to when we would like to make a purchase and it is our choice to look at different vehicles and the color of my skin should not determine whether you as an employee would like to give me the time of day. Poor business, we would never purchase from this facility also it looked like many people have decided the same. Amen to that !!!!! Please do not support this facility it's not just a race card it's RESPECT and treating people who work hard for their money as valued customers. With the rising trends of customer service it's unimaginable that such sub-par business still exists. How can you expect anyone to value this company in the community of Webster if they don't value the customer ??? No thank you !!!!!
We went to Marina Dodge looking for a 2013 Dodge Caravan, with both a DVD player and Bluetooth connectivity. My salesman Ozell said that they did not have one, but they could get one. Bluetooth was critical to me, because it is the law in NY, and because I wanted my wife to be able to dial without the distraction of looking at the phone. During the entire negotiation, I was assured that the vehicle had Bluetooth. We agreed on a price, and 2 days later we went to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, Ozell explained to us that, once the paperwork was completed, he would take us back to the service dept, and have the techs set up our phones. Once we had the paperwork all done, we were shocked to have Ozell say "I'm sorry, I made a mistake. You don't have Bluetooth". We were pretty angry, but took the vehicle anyway. The next day, I got a call from the dealer stating that the finance guy forgot to have me sign a form. I had to drive 40 miles the next day, to sign not one, but FOUR forms that they forgot to have me sign. One of them, they were legally required to give me at the time of the sale. Since that time, I have repeatedly tried to contact my salesman, to see if there is an upgrade path to get the Bluetooth that I was promised. He has not returned my phone calls or emails yet. So, if you want knowledgeable salesman, accuracy in paperwork, and after-the-sale service, I would urge you to go somewhere else.
On 2/15/2013, I bought a used 2011 dodge truck with 22,000 miles on it. As a part of the deal they agreed to replace the front bumper that was bent badly! At delivery the bumper looked ok, I brought it home 90 miles away, that night it was raining and I hydroplaned, so I took it to a local garage and was told, the truck shouldn't have passed nys inspection due to the front tires, tread below 2/32!! And the shop noticed that the front bumper was straitened and filled with bondo! I called Andrew pike the salesman and told him about the problems and he talked to someone and called me back and told me that it passed inspection and the bumper was fine? The dealership was unwilling to do anything about the tires or bumper!! Now I only asked for my $500, back for the bumper that was cobbed up on a $21,000 truck.. Andrew argued with me and said it was buyer remorse, and refused to have a manager call me backor refund my $$ for lack of repairs.... Terrible dealership!! Go anywhere but Doyle ..
Henderson Ford has an AMAZING FAST LANE program.I needed a oil change.The very first time I went in there to make a appointment,.It turned out I DIDN'T NEED ONE!I walked in there seeking some direction and their whole team embraced me with such professional warmth, and knowledge. My car was seviced, and I was in and out in 35 minutes! Check them out-you will be soo pleased!
