The food was cold and we were given attitude by the server when we addressed our concerns. I do not recommend this place. The owner obviously doesn't care.
My boyfriend called in a pizza for dilivery. The man on the phone said it was going to take 45 minutes and the pizza took over an hour. We called the store back to see where about our pizza was and this man started yelling at my boyfriends mother. He said that Webster was an hour away from where we were, which is a lie. We looked up the address and it was 15 minutes away. When she asked what his name was, he responded with, "You don't need my name, I'm the owner." His tone of voice and the way he speaks to people is a disgrace and is unacceptable. That is not how you run a business. Mind you, we are not from this area. The lack of customer service is quite shocking. Learn how to treat your customers right or you will fail.
On 1/17/16, we ordered pizza from Coliseum Pizza Roma in Webster, NY for the first time and it was nearly two hours before our order arrived. I am a vegetarian so we confirmed our order twice prior to setting up the delivery as to avoid any errors. When it arrived, the veggie pizza had sausage on it, which we did not order. We immediately called the shop and a man, who identify himself as the manager, insisted that there was no meat on the pizza and that we were essentially lying. We offered to text or e-mail him a picture however he began to escalate. I then tried to reason with his sensibility however made it clear to him that I would write a review and contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB). At that point, he refused to give me his name for the record and said he would not send a new pizza. My boyfriend, wanting to make peace and essentially have dinner, literally had to beg him to send another pizza and apologize for what the manager referred to as my "threats" to contact the BBB. After yet another hour and a half, they sent another pizza which was correct this time. The pizza lacked overall flavor; additionally, the dough was too salty and pizza was too soggy. My interactions with Colesium is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The papa johns in webster has horrible customer service. The ownership should be embarrassed.
Excellent pizza's, fast, friendly, and clean. Wonderful place to go for a quick pizza or two. Great value.
THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS! BUT.......... let me start buy saying I have ordered from here since they opened.....and I have ordered from there at least 50 times before this. The day of my daughters birthday I ordered pizza from cordellos and they were over an 1hr late and I had called numerous times to see where this delivery girl was and wanted to make sure she had a proper phone number to call because the number I had gave them died. well we finally got her to Webster park(which is 15 min. away from where they are)( also it was the only spongebob party with lots of balloons out which I also told them). When she pulled in she started giving a horrible attitude to everyone at my party threw my pizzA on the table! and when I went to talk with her she said don't sign the receipt it will be free, I said fine and she took off. The pizza wAS COLD! AND NOT GOOD ! the next Moring I realized they still charged me!!! are you kidding!!!...so I called and spoke to a manager and told me she was very "emotional" when she got back.....(i'm sorry but maybe delivering pizza is not your thing then.)......I said well she told me I would not be charged and I still was he also was rude and told me that she does not have the authority and he has to speak with the owner before giving me my money back...he said he would call me back with an answer.....2 days later I call back and I speak with the main manager who was off that day and said he had been having a lot of problems when he wasn't their and was nice and said he would figure it out and give me a call back at this point i'm done I just want my money back and be done with it! well he never called me back.....when I called back a day or two later I spoke with associate who said "he said he called you but all he can do is give you a credit of half off next order" I said I need to speak with him....he said" he's busy its he will need to call you back later " I said fine and have not herd back yet ha this place will NEVR GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSY FROM MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! HOW VERY RUDE AND I HOPE YOU WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM THANK YOU!!!!
I love banana peppers on my pizza. But the ones Mark's have are very very very thin and it's like your eating the skin of the pepper. They need to get better ones because the ones they have now suck. Otherwise their pizza is delicious.
For those of you who are like me and generally think Rochester's version of pizza is just a sad joke (maybe because like me, you grew up someplace that had the real stuff) so we've settled for Cam's all these years because it was the closest we were gonna get - boy are you in for a treat! The REAL STUFF IS FINALLY HERE! And for those of you that just don't know better because you're from Rochester, go try some so you'll know what all the fuss is about!
