Their selection of mods and tanks are great but I was there for some e-liquid. I liked the flavor tigers blood that I have been using since I first started vaping (2 yrs). It was the worse tigers blood I ever had ( and I have had bad)!! It was no where near close or similar to the flavor. First time for me buying there but for $16 for a 30ml and not to be what I expected I'll stay going to Violet Vapor. Sorry but for me first impression on liquids is how I determine if I will be a return customer for my flavor ��������
I usually go to the other Easy's smoke shops. I went to this one the other day because it was closer to where I was. The selection was terrible, the people working there were rude, and I felt like they didn't want to help me with anything. I purchased a vaporizer that didn't work. They would not refund nor would they exchange the item. When I asked for a manager, I got a rude woman that said she was the general manager and that Rob Carter, the owner, makes the rules. I did some research and found out he is not the owner of this location. He owns 5 other locations in the DFW area. The difference in quality between the locations truly shows. I'm severely disappointed and will not go back to this location. Apparently, the owner of this location also owns 2 others in the DFW area and passes them off as "Easy's Smoke Shop". Keller is my normal location, and I will only buy my products from that location from now on.
Highly recommended. Best smoke shop in Weatherford. The lady there was very helpful and explained everything about the mod I wanted to buy for my son. I am very happy with their customers service.
Displeasing, bought tank for ecig and it doesn't work and the girl I encountered today would not honor the fact I was sold a tank that was non-working. I use to love going there for all my tobacco needs cigarette wise I know now ecig wise they will not get my business.. very displeasing. Also this is same girl who was on phone and made me wait til her conversation was done and she hung up. Seems like she might need to learn what her priorities are.

DO NOT BUY HIGH TICKET ITEMS FROM THESE PEOPLE! They double their prices on high ticket items. Just bought the finest vaporizer and found out after I got home just how much of a rip-off this company is. I prefer doing business locally, but when it costs double the retail markup to do it - perhaps my money IS better spent online. Was even told the owner does this as a matter of business practice. Thanks Rob Carter - I do appreciate spending that much for my vaporizer. You won't see another dime from my wallet. If I could shout this from a mountain top I would• • •
They made my transition to Texas easier (I moved here from Idaho, and was partial to my ecig supplier there) with their amazing Arctic Wind menthol juice. Their juices don't kill your coils in less than a week. I even switched to a different kind of tank since starting with them, which is easier than my old one to clean and maintain, and to fill! They come up with different flavor combos all the time, which are nice. I'm stuck on that menthol, though, which is a super powerful menthol like what I used to smoke. Made sticking to vaping easier.
I came in as a complete newbie looking to begin my vaping experience and the staff was awesome with suggestions and so patient as I made my choices.
I came in on 2/5/14. I just started vaping and was looking for a pipe (you know to vape like a sir and compliment my beard). In the process of trying the k1000, i got to sample some of their "diva" e-liquid. I had to leave and when i got in the truck and began using my device, i realized that the juice i had was horrible compared to the nectar known as "diva". I turned around and bought a large bottle. Great customer service, superior product, i most definitely will be back, trying to figure out which flavors next is the only question.
