I will never go back to them again. We were new to the area and the were recommended by AAA. I will write them as well. My husband and I used them for several different repairs and each time they tried to upsell us on repairs or services that we knew we did not need (we are diyers on automotive for some stuff). The last time they quoted me some astronomical price on auto air and I wanted to throw up. As I look back at the four times we went there, I am sure they infalted their quotes but we didn't know anyone in town so we went with it (heater repair and repairs for state inspection). I have read elsewhere they don't use quality parts and that scares me. They are way too expensive and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

my alternator had gone out in my'07 ford focus which is an electronically controlled engine and what could have been a financial nightmare was very patiently explained in detail what options i had and every cost right down to shutting the hood. For a female today it was a very welcome change from other mechanics who would go full hilt in replacing all kinds of things without even bothering to explain why they were needed. and having a bill that cost nearly as much as my car.



Even though they weren't the lowest quoted price i got they were informative and timely i had my car back that evening.

I took my truck in there and they called me and told me what needed to be done and the price. When I picked it up they did not do the transmission fluid change like they said and quoted me. He said he didn't put it in the computer and was his faughlt! Bad quote or lie?
