        These guys were great. They came out ASAP and worked hard until the work was done. They addressed concerns, and were friendly and professional. They made progressive repairs, to avoid future issues, and gave us amazing service. I recommend Cross to anyone that is in need of their kind of work.

        My mother passed away and he came out on a Sunday morning and fixed our AC free of charge. We have tons of family in town and our house is packed so we are blessed that he cared about our family that way! We support them 100%!!
