        OUR approach is distinctly different. The market today requires an OUT of the BOX solution to the traditional. Antiquated home building process. The problem with many businesses is that they fail to truly understand their market and dynamically change their delivery methods and practices to meet the requirements of their customers. The mountain builders is DIFFERENT. WHAT we DO is simple — build quality homes AT fair and reasonable prices. We select and purchase the land. Design and build the home and even furnish many of them. AT that point there is a finished product ready for the NEW homeowner to move right in and have dinner. In light of the housing bubble burst there were a FEW problems created for OUR industry and home buyers. We have built a business around addressing these problems head on and solving them.
