I must agree, somewhat, with Robin...I stopped there to eat and 1st of all, I am not a Brioche Bun fan, so I always order my sandwiches on a seeded bun. I ordered a big hot-ham and cheese. The cashier was not sure how to ring it up so she asked the manager (she was wearing a blue shirt, so I assume she was the manager even though she was helping cook at the time) and the manager snapped back at her saying she would get the bun when she gets it!! I was standing right there and could see and hear everything she said, very unprofessional, to say the least. Then when the BIG ham and cheese came out and the ham did not even go to the edge of the bun! This is a $4 or $5 sandwich!! The picture behind the counter shows ham an inch thick, overflowing the bun. Well, this was not the case. I would have gotten 4x more ham if I would have ordered the $1 sandwiches!! The young man that delivered my food was very polite and the cashier was just trying to do her job. That manager has probably worked there too long and has gotten complacent. She was the one making the sandwich and I would be embarrassed if I were her to serve that IN the store. (I could see that happening more thru the drive-thru). On the way out, I heard the manager barking at the cashier again for not ringing an order in right, the is a time and place for everything. They were offering $10 an hour for jobs outside on the board, and I thought that was pretty good. I wouldn't work there for $20!! I am never one to complain, but I had to say something. I am 47 YO, have loved Hardees for years and this is the 1st time that I have ever complained about fast food. Something needs to be done in Waynesburg!
