We got a countertop, a very expensive purchase, paying up front. They won't return calls, nobody is available, people are on vacation, or off for the day, in a meeting. High personnel turnover. Going down doesn't help. Still nobody there. Communication is poor when you DO get someone to talk to you. It took over two months. They put in the wrong countertop (they were supposed to give me a sample -- I say it was one, they wrote down another). Plumbing leaked when the dishwasher ran, so I had to get Kilz and seal it and repaper in the cabinet myself. (They did fix it quickly) Scratch on the countertop. They SHOULD buff it out. Calls, emails, and trips to the store are met with empty promises. "Oh, that group doesn't work on Friday. They'll call Monday." No, they won't fix it. This will never be right and nobody in the store cares diddlysquat.
