I am disgusted beyond belief at the unprofessional way in which my sister in law has been treated by your emergency agent on Sunday night, to the way your company has treated her in reference to her call to you, that her New Gas furnace your company installed at her home back in July/June. Theona Tinsley found out that the unit was not working when the temperatures fell to 48 degree's, leaving her home in the low 50's for her to deal with. She was told that she would be charged double time if a technician came out, because it was a Sunday night. She explained to the agent that your company had installed a new unit in July/June and it was not turning on, so how come she has to a pay someone to come out and turn on a new unit, that has never been used? She has been sleeping in a freezing home for 4 nights now. She called your company on Monday morning and they went out and found that the Gas Company had not connected gas to her home and that was why the unit was not working. The tech said SHE was supposed to call to have the Gas Company to have them come out. No one had informed her of that back in July when you installed the unit. AND it doesn't matter anyways, because they did not install the necessary duct work either, but you all would not make her pay for the call, because of the misunderstanding that happened back in July/June when you installed the unit. I guess this must be the same "miscommunication" when the technicians who installed the unit did not clean up after themselves when they were "supposedly" done. She cleaned up the mess they left behind. Now you have to come out to finish the job that was never done right back in July, adding the duct work. Personally I feel you all owe her money for the unfinished work referencing the Gas Company and duct work your technicians never putting it in, leaving behind a mess she had to clean up and not informing her what needed to be done to get this new gas unit up and running. 4 days she has been freezing in her home, while everyone in your company is pointing fingers for this sloppy work that was done and not completed for her to have heat. And the nerve of you all telling her she stilled owed you money and you would not charge her for today, but you still have to go back and complete the job with duct work, that was never done. My family has Heating, Air Conditioning and plumbing company in our family and we know you all were sloppy at best for not completing the job, not informing the Gas Company to come out and hook up her gas line, putting in the duct work and not cleaning up after themselves. I'm ready to contact the Better Business Bureau to have this whole issue investigated. Ms. Tinsley has many health issues and should not have been put in the situation where she is sitting in a freezing home. If anyone should be paid here it should be Theona for putting up with this bad work that was done at her house and dealing with the run around and rude Customer Care Agents. Sandra Tinsley
