This is my second car purchase at this dealership, and I cannot be more pleased with the high level of customer service I have received from here. My salesperson, Justin Schmid was very accommodating and hospitable, not pushy at all. I came in well informed on the car I was interested in, but he explained in detail many features to the Sonata that I was not aware of. He was able to find me the Sonata that stayed in my budget, and worked around my schedule, even going out of his way to drop off my new car and pick up my old car. I did not have to worry about too much paperwork or transfer of my insurance, a he took car of all of this. I had a great experience shopping for a car the first time here, but the second time was even better. I definitely would recommend Justin to any of my family or friends looking for car to purchase at your dealership.
This review must have been written by someone from Maroon Kia. The service dept is the worst. After they ruined by car with their repairs I asked them if they ever reviewed the customer reviews on their website. 9 out of 10 reviews were about their service dept and they were all bad...written by dissatisfied customers like myself. They told me they would check it out. So what did they do? Instead of investigating why so many people had so many negative things to say about them, they chose to instead erase all the reviews of the website and revamp the site. This is business at it's worst. I don't know how they stay in business but they will never touch a car of mine again!
I have been using The Maroon Service center for 8 years now, and all I have are great things to say about them...They are the best out there by Far, and to prove it they have won #1 in Service Satisfaction two years in a row now. I would recommend this Service center to all...I have both a GM and a Kia and they have both been maintained by Maroons Service Center.and plan to keep it that way... Thank you to Mike Dispenza for a great car buying experience. I had been driving an acura tl for 9 years but needed more room since we are having another child in a few months. Mike asked me what features I loved in my acura that I needed to have in the Mazda. After going through the must haves he paired me up with the perfect trim on the cx-9. We purchased the car on July 1 and Mike hustled, taking care of us, delivering a vehicle to another client, and also waiting on a third client. He is an asset to Wayne Mazda.
Just bought our 7th Hyundai and 2nd at Wayne Hyundai in 2016. Jim Johnson was the salesman that assisted us with a 2016 Sonata purchase. I requested an online quote, and actually received a quote without any pressure. I then took that quote and continued the negotiation at the dealership. It was a great experience, and they gave us a great price.
Salesperson Manny Navarro treated me very fairly when I bought my Mazda 3 and was a straightshooter which was very refreshing. After my initial contact with Wayne Mazda, Samantha Weiss followed up very agggressively to show that Wayne Mazda wanted my business
Our sales person was super! My only complaint is that the financing portion of the transaction was far too long, and we had to wait until the problem person was taken care of, even though they came in after us. There should be more than one finance person.
