Every time I call the service department, someone puts me on hold real fast then hangs up or no one ever answer. how is a shop to do business if they never answer their phone or play games on the phone. I will never call this shop again!
Just bought our 7th Hyundai and 2nd at Wayne Hyundai in 2016. Jim Johnson was the salesman that assisted us with a 2016 Sonata purchase. I requested an online quote, and actually received a quote without any pressure. I then took that quote and continued the negotiation at the dealership. It was a great experience, and they gave us a great price.
