This restaurant ruined the experience by making sure they jacked up the bill to offset the benefit of the coupon that we had from resturant.com. We had a $25 coupon and had to spend at least $50 in food. But they decide to tell us we can’t count the alcohol and I checked the fine print on the coupon and there is no such condition. They also automatically put an 18% tip on the bill and stated that was part of the conditions of the coupon but again I checked and that is not stated in the fine print either. In fact the coupon suggest that should pay the tip based on original amount of meal, so clearly its supposed up to you how much tip to give. Now we would have given the full tip anyway, but nobody likes to be taken advantage of and lied to, which is exactly what this restaurant did. The food ok, but there plenty of restaurants that won’t cheat you so I won’t be returning.
Went here on a Thursday night. There was one other table. Ordered my steak medium rare, it came well done. Sent it back and got it back RAW. A big, " slap in the face from the Chef telling me where to go" -RAW. I couldn't even cut it. Our tab for two people would have come to 120.00 had I not had a Groupon coupon that I paid 30.00 for. So, still it cost us 90.00 and for this I get a raw steak that I had to take home and finish cooking. Never, ever will I eat here again. Waitress was nice though.lol

This is my first time writing a restaurant review...but this place left such an impression on me that i just had to.
I attended a rehearsal dinner here and was vastly dissapointed. they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours before dinner was served and when it was, it was mediocre at best. the flank steak was so rare it was literally bleeding onto my plate- when i returned it for a more well done piece, the waiter came out with an equally rare plate but this time with the sauce that i told them i was severely allergic to. the only thing that i can say is that the waitstaff was very obviously overworked (they had only 2 waiters for 2 large parties) so i dont blame him for this experience, but i felt that the wait alone for the food was reason enough for me to not ever patronize this restaurant again. if you have food allergies, do not go here. if you like hot food in a reasonable amount of time, do not go here.
the one good thing: the decor is very cute- very shabby chic. other than that- it's not a place i would ever go again.
