Law Auto at first comes off like a top-notch car dealer. Smooth talking Brad tells you what you want to hear, but the minute anything happens to the vehicle you purchased everything changes. You then deal with the owner Vince, who it becomes very clear with, you do not matter; only his bottom line. Intentional fraudulent acts by a dealership intentionally postponing the issue by putting thicker oil in it to hide it from me, banking on that the oil wouldn’t be changed until after the warranty period so they wouldn’t have to cover it.

Just blindly go there for your car needs and here is my story...just 1 hour agoWent to about 12 dealers before stepping into LAW auto sales to sell my car. Beleive me, the only delaer to receive a customer with a smile among the 12. Took my car for a test drive, arrived at a figure and negotiated for a reasonable price. Paid immediately, Did the paper wrok in 10 mins and dropped me back home. Very polite, professional and trustworthy. Personally very happy. Thank you Vince and team.
I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty from Law Auto on 9/3/17, yes it was a Sunday. It’s seems Vince Law was so hungry to rip off a veteran he decided to open up the place just to take my $7,000.00 cash! At first I thought Vince was doing me a favor, but after having the car for less than 2 weeks and the car stopped running I felt otherwise. Vince remedy to the broke Jeep was to charge me even more money which I didn’t have. His explanation to me was, he sold me the Jeep for a bargain price, and that he even repaired the door locks (if he hadn’t, the car wouldn’t lock, and who the hell would pay $7k cash for a car that wouldn’t securely lock? Not me Vince) with cash out of his own pockets (but he’s the owner) so therefore he can’t help me out. I’m sorry but Vince Law needs some integrity, when someone spends their life earnings earned from fighting for their country, the last thing they need is some fast talking father and son team, taking their hard earned money. BEWARE OF LAW AUTO AND VINCE LAW! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT SELL YOU A LEMON! THEN HE WILL HAVE HIS SON BULLY YOU AROUND! VINCE LAW WILL HIDE UNDERNEATH HIS DESK LIKE A CROOK WITHOUT A CONSCIOUS! HE KNOWS HES SELLING DAMAGED VEHICLES, BUT HE’S SO HARD UP TO KEEP HIS DADDIES CAR LOT OPEN, HE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR A DEAL! But to be totally fair about the hiding under his desk comment, when I called Vince Law( the owner of Law Auto and my salesman) about the problem the Jeep was having after owning it for only 2 weeks, Vince said bring the car in and he would fix the car for free. However, when I took the car in for service Vince Law offered to charge me $200 per his rude son Brad Law. Vince Law said he would help me out with the cost of my repair as a good gesture but he had the car in service for 2 days and they didn’t fix anything! THIS FATHER AND SON TEAM ARE LIARS AND RUDE AS HELL! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU CAN PURCHASE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY WHICH THEY DON’T OFFER
Very quickly made contact with me and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.
We only had $4000 to spend and needed a dependable vehicle. Law Auto had trucks, SUVs, vans, compact cars, midsize cars, and large cars to choose from. The have a wonderful website with detailed pictures and they post the Carfax on every vehicle for FREE! This tells you a lot about used vehicles. When we went to buy a vehicle, their salesman, Ian Hannan, was exceptionally kind, patient, and went to great lengths to answer any questions and address any concerns. He spent most of his day letting us test drive vehicles and helped us find the perfect car. We bought a beautiful 2006 Buick LaCrosse.
they had a 2006 buick larcue that car is beautfull and i always wanted the cx version
Great guy! very honest, told me exactly what the story was for the car. i'm still trying to make a decision on exactly what i want, but i have decided i will be purchasing, whatever i get, from these guys! there are looking for another vehicle of interest for me now.
I went to Road Runner Auto Sales to finance a vehicle. The car I ended up getting is a 2012 Ford Focus, So I went ahead and brought the vehicle and my mother co-sign. About 2 weeks later I began receiving letters in the mail saying that my credit was not approved. I started receiving mail almost everyday from these bank and finance companies saying that our loan was rejected. Now they're taking money from my bank account an they're not supposed to. They basically let me take the car off the lot without my credit being approved!! I also discovered that there was ALOT of mechanical issues with the vehicle. Such as a faulty transmission, bad clutch, no horn, two bald tires and the passager window wouldn't roll up or down. They also told me that I had a warranty but I later found out that I didn't have one. Very Disappointed and I will not recommend this place to anyone!
I purchased a Chrysler 300 from Road Runner . Later there was a unforseen issue with the vehicle.. I called and reported the Issue and Immediately Ali told me to bring the car in. Ali worked with me personally until the problem was completely resolved. I have purchased cars from Road Runner in the past. I will continue to be a life long loyal customer. Not only do I recommend Road Runner to My friends and family, I recommend Road Runner to anyone who is looking for a Auto Dealership who is Credible and Who will Put the customer FIRST.
