I set up an appoinment with vyve for internet services. A day before they were scheduled to come out and do my installation I recieved a call saying that my name popped up for an audit that I owed a previous bill, I have NEVER had services with Vyve so I tell her that she tells me Yes you owe a bill from 2005 to a company that vyve is affiliated with!!!!!! 2005?? 11 years ago? How is Vyve affiliated with something that isnt even in business any more?? VYVE IS FULL OF IT!!! they won't rip me off.
The worst service, no tech support, no one knows who you can contact to file a complaint. The price we pay we should have someone to share the problems with and get a response as if they care about the company. It is so bad the owners don't even claim it. 900 channels really!!!!! it can take hours to find a decent show or one that is in your plan because the entire 900 channels are on the menu and it is a game of hunt and seek to watch. I HATE IT !!!!
Try to log in to my account, can't do it. Try to call to pay my bill, stay on hold for ever. Pay my bill, get shut off a week later. They say it was in collection. Then the prove it had been payed but still, they want a reconnect fee plus a months payment. The biggest joke in cable/Internet I have experienced.
