I went here with several things wrong with me, they were so nice, quick, and helpful. The lady at the front desk even adjusted the temperature for me! I've been here a few times and only once or of another 7 times has my service been not excellent. I've forgotten my ID and Insurance card and they are STILL helpful! Would highly recommend

I suffer from chronic migranes. I've been 3 times in the past 6 months to different applecare's in regards to my condition. I got a lecture from a physician assistant in the Waycross office that they weren't neurologists. They were not in the business of treating migranes. She said once or twice is ok but that is it. It was on a Saturday and I didn't want to wait two hours at a packed ER. They advertise seeing a Doctor in less than 30 min and will help if they can. I explained my neurologist app was in two weeks and I wasn't looking for narcotics. I told them benadryl,toradol and reglan have worked in the past. I got the shot waited 15 minutes and left. I wouldn't recommend using them for anything. I used their email to state what i was told. To this date I've yet to receive a reply yet. I give them a 0 out of 5. Waste of time to go here. Use Mayo ER or Convient Care. You will get better service and treatment. May take longer at these other two but it is really worth the wait.

What a waste of my time. I needed only a common antibiotic for a common inflammation yet I was told I would have to go to the emergency room. I've had this exact same thing before and that is what the er prescribes and what my physician prescribes to take care of it within a few days. I have never needed a pain shot or narcotic of any sort to treat this. However, because I wrote "lung pain", I suppose the physician thought I was a drug seeker: they seem to be paranoid about this being that they have a sign reading "this is not a pain clinic". If she had taken the time to see me, she would have realized I had no need of pain medication and was only describing a symptom. I am a fully insured and legitimate patient but was referred elsewhere without being seen.
