You must have the wrong Cornerstone. I know many people who have dealt with Keith Johnson, the owner, including myself, for years and could not be more pleased. He is so trustworthy, we even had him install two new units at our house while we were at the hospital with my wife's surgery. He even made sure the pets stayed safe! He was recommended to me by a competitor who was moving from the area. A common mistake to rate the wrong company. I hope you get your problem resolved. If not, you should call this Cornerstone to resolve the issue. Good luck.

Cornerstone is a dishonest and incompetent company. They have visited and 'repaired' the A/C - heating unit in my small 3-bedroom rental house in Dallas more than ten times and have ripped me off for thousands of dollars in the past year and a half. They have put in (according to their invoices) more than 30 pounds of Freon. From 2 to 8 pounds each visit. Somehow they keep 'finding' leaks in the coils and burnt parts. Is this normal? How many of you honestly needed to call an A/C repairman more than once or twice in the past five years? And by the way, the unit is only three and half years old, installed by this same company!



Unfortunately I live out of state so I can't check their work and my property manager (Apex Realty, Garland, TX) doesn't care. They are not the ones paying for the 'repairs'.



There are only two reasons for so many repair visits: incompetence or fraud, but more likely the latter. They must be leaving things not completely fixed so they get to go back again and again. Extremely lucrative business.



I would avoid this company like a plague, and I'm considering a lawsuit.
