Great place to get your beer. Staff seemed pretty nice and their service with a smile was a nice treat as compared to the usual treatment I get at places like this.
Prices on beer seemed pretty reasonable as compared to other local markets and redemption of my 6 bags of cans was quick and painless.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I'm not sure what the hell the guy with the one-star rating was thinking, but I have to say that this place is pretty damn nice. $$$$ cost is great on beer and the customer service is out of this world.
Must be the new management is making a difference!
I recommend this place to anyone. Stop getting ripped-off on your beverage purchases at your local supermarket and buy here.

I would like to make sure people know that Waverly Discount Beverage is under new management and they have great customer service and they were very helpful to me when I was there. It was busy but they still took time to help me find the right beverage and I will recommend this Center to everyone I know.

i have had two bad experiences there. one time when i had like 10+ bags of cans and only two people to carry them we stopped where it said no parking. but we weren't parked there they driver was just dropping us off (he was still in the drivers seat) and then we were walking back home. well the owner came out and yelled at us and said we couldn't park there i said we weren't parking there just unloading all of our bags and that i was sorry. well he continued to yell at us until the person moved. it took a second because we had all the bags right behind the car. silly me. and then yesterday we had a very rude employee( who i think was that way because of the owner. ) once again it was about taking up more then one ""table"" and he kept telling us ""well if you would just rearrange you bags you would have enough room"". very rudely even though there was not another single person when we got there. i personally think this place needs to be boycotted and shut down.

The owner of waverly discount beverage is a real jerk my husband went in to return some bottles and cans and this guy told him to get off his cell phone because he was holding up his workers while they waited for him and my husband was the only person in there.
Also one of our friends has a run in with him and so did my brother very bad customer service i'm suprised he still has customers to keep the place opened

I have never been so offended or mistreated in my life. I was returning cans and the owner kicked us out becuase we ""weren't following the rules"" meaning we were taking up two counter spots to sort when there was only one person in the store. He approached us in an accusatory manner to ask if we were together and when we answered yes he demanded we move our stuff across the line although there was plenty of space even if more customers came in. He invaded our personal space and because loud and abusive. I even heard him tell the woman next to us that she ""needs to hurry up"" as she was sorting her bottles and cans. He was very agressive, rude and abusive in language. No one should give hime their business and instead help out the other local Waverly businesses that care about customers. I am reporting this to the BBB and telling EVERYONE I know. I can't believe he even has any customers.
