A one star is to high for this dealership. Just leased a new Kia suv. Called with some questions talk to the sale manager He was rude unhelpful told me I was wasting his time. I will not be a repeat buyer. I will let everyone I met know how are deal was handled.
Relax and enjoy being treated as a customer. Bought a 2016 Camry Hybrid and they did an unbelievable job making sure I was comfortable. Marc was great to work with. Thank You Ballweg!! I'll be back. : )
Brickner's is great! Customer service is awesome. I use their express care, and couldn't be happier. Even if you didn't buy your car from Brickner's (I did), they will take really good care of it - and you! Thank you, Brickner's staff. You are wonderful people!
This place is nothing but a scam to lure people in, then lie and cheat them from their money. Their commercials are just as annoying and deceitful. They should be shut down and criminally indicted for all their misleading lies. What a disgusting business. Don't even step on their lot!
Ask for Shane to get a fair dealer trade in value. Good salesman with integrity!
I have found Kocourek Hyundai to be reliable, attentive, helpful and very fair. They go the extra mile to assure my 2011 Sonata experience is tops! They have done recalls expertly and promptly and assured that any concerns or questions I might have are fully addressed. My experience with them has been top notch.
I unfortunately I wish I didn't have to give this business any stars...the old saying goes 'if something's too good to be true, it usually is". This business is a lot of hype. They lure you with 0% financing, $199.00 down, Everybody Rides Guarantee (I wonder if anyone has ever received that $1,000 check?). We visited there on three separate occasions and got a different story from the salesman. "Go look at the cars in the lot", so when you pick one out, they're more than happy to let you take it for a test drive. Upon your return, well, that vehicle is not available. They showed us one vehicle that their creditors would finance, and it was filthy, had not been detailed and had bald front tires, and body damage. Then, they didn't want $199.00 down, it was now $2,000 down. The vehicle they wanted to sell me was $4,000 over the Kelly Blue Book Value. There was no discussion of lowering the sales price because they were throwing a used, filthy car at me. I ended up taking my deposit and business elsewhere. I don't know what type of customer service training the sales people have undergone, but they should know that with technology at our fingertips, we can find out what the NADA value is on any vehicle sitting on their lot. They are rude and condescending to customers--I thought they're supposed to be the "Dealer for the People" (ha!). Keep in mind that those expensive TV and radio advertisements are being paid by the consumers who buy their overpriced 'auction' vehicles. Buyer beware...stay away from WAUSAU AUTO.
Bought a used car & ended up with about $1200 worth of repairs 6 weeks later. When asked why these things weren't repaired or disclosed in the inspection report, they basically said it was an "as is" sale and I should expect that used cars will break down. I find Kocourek dishonest and will never do business with any of their dealerships again.
Carl Flanery helped me find a great pre-owned car at the right price. Matt in the finance office got me approved at a great rate, easy people to work with.
