Never got my delivery after I received a notification that it had been delivered. Called the post office, the lady said she would call back after she talked to the person that delivered the package. No follow up whatsoever.

I am new to town, have lived in a lot of different towns and cities throughout the states and Europe and I have to say that I have never had to deal with this kind of laziness and lack of service from any establishment EVER- and I lived in FRANCE where service is a loose term for "I'll get to it when I get to it." I was told by a carrier (after our mail hadn't been picked up for weeks) that usps is not required to pick up my mail and that I was actually putting my mail in the mailbox incorrectly. Are you joking? I had attached the mail in a clip together with a note in black marker with our names and asking for instructions on what would be the most convenient way to mark our outgoing mail. Rude customer service all around. Even the phone representative whom I spoke to could use a lesson in courtesy and l i s t e n i n g to clients. Long rant short- often times employees are disgruntled because of poor management. At least we have been receiving our mail just fine. :)

Lacking respect first of all, if youre going to scuff and roll your eyes, please turn around first instead doing it right in front of the customer. Hard to believe that my package was sitting there for 6 hours and it wasnt even organized for a pickup or delivery. Granted i would have just waited for a delivery but ive had past problems with them delivering it to the right box.
