Overall
Unhappy customer

I was in to have my vacuum repaired and all they did was try to sell me a new one. When getting my $20 estimate back 3-4 weeks later I learned that is would cost over $200 to have it fixed. I called another repair shop which gives FREE estimates and they would only charge me $25 to fix it. The other shop did repair it and it works prefectly. I think they are way over priced and try to push new vacuums.

We've been in business since 1971 and believe that's because we have been fair and honest. If you you treat people fair and recommend the right product you will get a few referrals and new customers. If the customer is unhappy for whatever reason they will tell at least 10-12 people and you will get no new customers. We know that and do our best to keep every customer satisfied. In a small marketing area word of mouth will kill a business. We continue to stick with those values and are still in business after 42 years of doing just that.I would remember such an incident if it was brought to our attention and actually happened. i smell sour grapes or a fish story.
