Formerly located in Brookfield's Triangle Plaza, Julie now operates out of the newly remodeled Solo Salons conveniently located in Waukesha, WI. Julie began her professional career over 30 years ago after graduating from LaCrosse School of Beauty Culture and continues her professional development today attending classes on color and style. In 1988 Julie opened Shear Bliss and has been the owner/operator of her own Hair Salon ever since.
