If you aren't black you will be singled out. While everyone else is paying late rent and being arrested, you'll be chewed out for petty things. Nothing gets done about the serious stuff and the carpeting hasnt been replaced in many years. My kids feet turn black from walking on it.

but if your white kid does what the other black kids do, only your white kid will be confronted. The majority of tenants are criminals who smoke pot and it comes into our apt via the vents. They're loud 24/7. My kids are woken up early every morning from screaming, stomping, and loud music. The kids who badly influence the others are given free passes and the decent kids are yelled at. Don't ever ever come here. Find any place else. I beg of you for the sake of your kids. We have been trying so hard to get out...I don't like what I see happening to my children. They're physically bullied and management could care less.

This place SUCKS. my hubby, daughter, and I moved in a few months ago. The place is run down, LEAD PAINT, not safe for children AT ALL. the manager is an a**hole. we are getting out of here ASAP. oh and rent goes up every year. DO NOT MOVE HERE
