Brookfield Small Engine

Stopped in last fall to introduce myself and said I was looking for some one to service my lawn equipment. The owner assessed me that he handled the various lines that of equipment that I used. Called him the following oct and said I had a mower deck with some bad bearings and would he come and pick it up. He said he would call me before picking it up the next day. The following dat I called him at 4PM and asked if he was coming and he said he could not make it today would tomorrow be ok. i hesitated and finally said ok. He said you don't sound sure. I said I am disappointed that you did not advise me you would not be here today pursuant to our conversation yesterday. He said then just lets's forget it. I said fine
