Just like the other guy Davis G, I waited over a year to get some gunsmithing done. When I get there when they said it was done, it was all wrong and they last my parts two. There are a gun shop and gunsmiths and they lose your stuff, how can this even happen!!I will never ever use them again.

I have been doing business with WI Tactical for about six or eight months. Had nothing but good experiences. Had some smithingwork done, a few transfers and bought some parts. All top notch. No complaints here.
Over a year now and a gun I sent for restoration is lost or missing. I have made several attempts at recovery with no result.
I have had great experiences with Wisconsin Tactical - both with purchasing firearms and with their gunsmithing services. I've recommended this company to several friends and the feedback from them has always been positive, too. The negative comments are surprising as this i the opposite of what i have experienced over the past three years.
I ordered ~$300 of ammo from them and didn't hear back in over 2 weeks by email or phone. I called them and they of course told me it was going to ship first thing the start of the next week. Another 2+ weeks pass and I have to call them again... they still had not shipped the ammo because the shipping was more than they had expected and didn't want to honor my order anymore- very unprofessional. You'd hope people who deal with firearms for a living would be more responsible than the high school kid that mows your lawn... They wanted me to foot the bill for some shipping service whenever they got around to getting a quote for it. I cancelled the order and of course will never do business with them again.
The folks at Fletcher Arms earned our respect and business immediately. I purchased a Sig from Texas and had it transferred here. They handled the paperwork seamlessly and efficiently. They're always courteous and respectful when we come in to use the range, and the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of rental handguns, and have been patient and accommodating with my wife she tried quite a few different makes and models until we found something that works for her. These guys are a class act all the way, and make you feel like your business is truly appreciated.
I stopped by after work one Thursday at 3:45pm, and the door was locked. I looked inside and a man was at the counter with an unlit cigar in his mouth yelling to me that they were closed. The sign with the hours says they are open till 7pm on Thursdays. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
I have been to Fletcher Arms on multiple occasions and every time they are friendly and knowledgeable. The range is a decent size (10 "short lanes" + a few longer ones for rifles) and I have never had an issue with people not being safe. I took my girlfriend a while back and the gentleman behind the counter assisted her with renting a gun even though she knew nothing about them. Every time I go it is busy, but appears to operate smoothly. I actually drive from downtown out here just because of how accommodating they are.
