BP is advertising a monthly carwash special but after you pay for it they do not let you use it and continue to charge you a monthly fee. I signed up for the car wash at the beginning of December. I was told that I would be issued a sticker to access the car wash. I never received the sticker, despite visiting the gas station more than 4 times to request it. The employee always had some excuse regarding why they could not print my sticker. The employees are in general completely unwilling to work with you about anything.I asked to cancel the car wash service and was told they could not cancel it because the software was "broken." I called several times after that in January and was told the monthly charges would be cancelled.They have still charged me TWICE for the carwash since then. I have been in contact with the employees at BP multiple times, as well as with my credit card company -- and I had to get a new credit card to finally stop their fraudulent charges.
We've been with Hopson for 10 plus years and have never had a problem. The customer service rep was always pleasant when we call. We put out a lot of decorations for the holidays and the driver has always been careful taking the hose through them so not to ruin them. I'd recommend them to anyone
Despicable!!! This company deserves ZERO stars. We have now had several deliveries over the past year in which special instructions were given regarding delivery. One issue is the fact the I am in a wheelchair and asked for a call before delivery to make sure that I am in the house and not outside with our dog. There has never been a call to let me know when to expect them/ The second issue is that after several attempts of asking them NOT to back into our drive which goes up the hill and has a sharp turn, but that is ignored also. The third issue is payment. We have ALWAYS paid by check to get the 5% discount, and there has NEVER been an issue of them getting an NSF check, but today, we were informed that we have to come into the office to fill out a credit app, so they insisted on getting our credit card number. When the oil was delivered, the driver who was not supposed to be here until next week, left a bill in the door. When dealing on the phone with this company, be prepared for rude, discourteous behavior with a huge dose of attitude! We were made to feel as if we were asking for the moon to have a pre-call for my safety because 90% of the customers don't have this "problem". Highly discriminatory don't you agree? This was our last dealing with this company, and I suggest that you go to one of the competitors that gladly follow instructions
We have been a customer for 10+ yrs. Love them.. we ran out of fuel and they delivered by 830 am the next day.
I always stop here, all the staff is very friendly. Their price is always the lowest for gas. It is very clean and well stocked inside and out. I also wash my car here almost every week it is much thorough than the Kwik Trip one I used to go to!
