Shoddy construction in my opinion. Good luck getting them to own up to their shortcomings. Tried working with these people and it was a waste of time.

This was an awful company to work with. We added on a 15x16 addition to the back of our house. This took them almost a year from when we gave them a payment. We were lied to by the office employees on multiple occasions. We paid extra for a 4ft crawl space instead of just a concrete slab and due to their lack of detail we now have a 3 1/2 foot crawl space. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Be careful if you purchase a Westridge Builders home. They used defective Certainteed shingles on the homes they built. The Certainteed organic shingles were part of a class action lawsuit. Even though the problems with the shingles were identified prior to building the house I purchased, they decided to use the questionable shingles anyway. Can you trust a builder that would do this?
