It's no wonder that they're closed for good! My husband took his Harley there for a new rear tire, because they were the only ones who had one available immediately. While they had the tire off, he had them do his rear brakes. They charged him for parts, time & labor for the rear brakes (in addition to the tire), but now, less than 1 year later, he has NO BRAKE PAD left … the SOB's never did the rear brakes, but they sure charged him for it. A-Holes!
I was a brand new rider with very little knowledge of riding. The staff at Redline spent a lot of time answering the ridiculous amount of questions I had regarding all aspects of riding. Not once did they make me feel inferior for being a new rider, in fact their enthusiasm for two wheels is extremely contagious. These guys know what they're talking about and love it. I cant thank the staff enough for helping me get into riding, safely. Have a huge inventory and can order almost anything. Honest guys who love what they do. They have my business and i highly recommend them to anyone who rides.
I had a terrific experience when 'purchasing' a motorcycle from All Pro Motorsports - A+, a fast and easy experience . . . BUT . . . when it came to the administriva of the transaction . . . IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! ! ! There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales process (handled by the owner) and the paperwork processing part of the process.I had to call 2 times to remind them to send out the title which came about 3 weeks after I purchased the bike. Administrative support exemplified the epitome of INCOMPETENCE and UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! ! ! This experience was further confounded by the fact that the information on the title was incomplete - causing further inconvenience when attempting to get plates for the bike (which was close to the deadline without incurring penalties for late registration). ALL IN ALL - NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ! ! !
I saw a bike listed by All Pro Motorsports on Cycle Trader. When I went in they answered my questions and promptly got the bike out for a test ride. The buying process was easy. They were easy to work with. Efficient in writing up the contract and helped me load the bike on to my trailer. Start to finish I was there for 1 1/2 hours. No hassles, well informed and a satisfied customer. Best part they gave me a 30 day warranty without me asking ! ! ! Well Done - All Pro - Well Done !
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I had to give a star to post this!My friend took his bike there today to have his rear tire fixed. They neglected to call when it was going over the expected time, we had to take him somewhere else to pick up the inner tube and bring it back to them! If that wasn't enough, when he came here to pick up his saddlebags, my husband discovered that they neglected to put the cotter pin in! This could have ment the loss of his rear tire, and the loss of our friend. We will NEVER take our bikes there again. They OBVIOUSLY do not care about the safety factor, and when you only got 2 wheels it is important to have them both!
These guys are great! I bought a bike from All Pro Motorsports this June. Not only was the bike absolutely awesome, the employees were great to deal with. I wanted some accessories to add on to the bike and they took the time to go through the catalogs and show me different options. I ordered parts on 2 different occassions and brought the bike in and had the parts installed and got the bike back the same day. Super professional! For anyone looking for a bike, you will kick yourself if you don't check them out. Their bikes are so much nicer than anywhere else and they stand behind what they sell!
