Not a good experience. We have less than 5 year old LG refrigerator that was not cooling (retailing at $2,700). Called him and he came out same day. After taking a look he said we needed a new circuit board. He said he expected the repair to be around $400, including his $50 trip charge. He needed to order the part so requested a check for $200 down (wouldn't take a credit card). He said part would take a week to arrive. We pushed him for a quicker turnaround and Two days later we called and he had the part. He came out that day and took one look at refrigerator and told me the circuit board was working and was providing power to a working compressor, so we didn't have the problem he originally said we had. He then basically told me to junk my $2,700 refrigerator because it would be too expensive to fix. I then realized this guy was clueless and asked about the $200 check I gave him two days ago. He then said he would have to send a refund, but only for $90 because he was charging the $50 trip charge and $60 in labor. I then said labor for what??? He then said for diagnosing. I then said diagnosing what? You haven't resolved the problem or even offered a suggestion for fixing it. I then told him to give me my $200 check and I would write him a new one, but he had already cashed the check. Who cashes a check for work that wasn't even performed? I then called LG to find out I have a 10 year factory warranty on the compressor and a 7 year warranty on core parts within the refrigerator. I have an LG certified repairman coming out to fix my refrigerator tomorrow where I will pay only the labor. This guy should not be working on appliances. I still can't believe he told me not to fix my refrigerator that is less than 5 years old and didn't know anything about the factory warranty for parts included with LG. He runs his business like it is the 70's and clearly might know more about appliances from the 70's too! Steer clear from this place. Complete rip off!
When I walked in I told them what my bottom line was. It took 2.5 hours to get there which as a huge waste of everyone's time. They tried act like the pricing I was told by the online consultant was false. Get EVERYTHING is writing, I was glad I had emails. You must do research and know what you want BEFORE you go here or they will confuse and work you over. The floor mats were taken out of my car so I don't have any. It was not something I noticed until I was driving home. My fault, but what a cheap company you are to take out floor mats.The car had the tire pressure light on during my test drive which I was told was due to it sitting on the lot so long, so he told me he'd have it fixed and it would be fine. When the tire pressure light went on again after I had the car less than a week we had it checked. 1 tire was at 66 PSI, 2 were at 34 and 1 was at 24. The recommended PSI for all tires is 44. We balanced them out and in less than 24 hours 1 tire had lost air. I had a screw in it. I was lied to and told the warning light was on for a false reason. I've contacted my sales rep twice and customer "care" with no response regarding my tire. It is probably for the best as reading reviews online all over, I will now avoid this shady company.
Highly Recommend!I was very happy with the service. Had my leaking refrigerator repaired. The technician was very friendly yet professional. He showed up within the window I was given, he worked quickly and was done in no time. No more leaks! He also fixed my noisy dryer for no extra charge. Reasonable prices and super service!

I was a brand new rider with very little knowledge of riding. The staff at Redline spent a lot of time answering the ridiculous amount of questions I had regarding all aspects of riding. Not once did they make me feel inferior for being a new rider, in fact their enthusiasm for two wheels is extremely contagious. These guys know what they're talking about and love it. I cant thank the staff enough for helping me get into riding, safely. Have a huge inventory and can order almost anything. Honest guys who love what they do. They have my business and i highly recommend them to anyone who rides.
It took me about 2 weeks to make a purchase of our 2012 Pilot from Wilde Honda. I had a Honda minivan but was involve in a accident. So I decided that I was going to look for something that will be a great car and a good fit for my family. I drove at least 5 other SUV, ford, chevy, dodge and toyota and nissan. I ended up driving the Honda Pilot the last and not to my surprise it was the best SUV overall. I stopped at Wilde about 6pm Monday night and had the pleasure of dealing with AJ. He understood my issues and was very helpful in pointing out the differences between each cars. Thanks for all your hard work and patience.
It took me four months to get my ducks in a row, but Matt Dosemagen and Curt Reinholz were patient and helped me get the right Civic for the right price. I love this car and finally don't have to deal with the piece of junk I was driving!
