Initially, I thought being able to pay my bill on line was great, however, a snafu occurred within the system and my computer and I was charged an insufficient fee of $30. I don't know how this occurred because my bank made no report of such a thing occurring. So much for automation.
The reason for 1 star because, I have paid all of my bills online. I ask for for the extension and pay it online on the due date. The company still wants to shut off the water. Waukegan water department just want your money
I brought two phones in to get repaired and not only did the technician not figure out what was wrong with them, but it took over a week for them to even call me to tell me. I took them elsewhere an they were able to fix them within a matte of minutes. I also bought a replacement sim card fro them and when I called to get it activated the company told me to return it because it had previously been active. I tried to return them that same day and they refused to give me my money back even though they sold it to me like that, for twice the price as other places. They are a scam
the reason for the 1 star is because,i pay all of my bills online,either the day b4 due date,or on due date.have never been charged a late fee.why?because my payment is in the system.what's the point of recieving a confirmation if you can't call the company and give them this number so they would know the payment has been made,yet you are charged a late fee?it's a rip-off.always finding a way to bilk you out of more money.only the city of waukegan.they are the only one that charge this ridiculous fee when the bill is paid online,on time.
Will never go there again. I called in to get my screen repaired and they checked with their tech to see if it was possible. He said "yeas, but it will take a week for the part to come in." i brought the phone in that same day and they again confirmed it would take a week. 8 days later, i get the call that the phone is ready for pickup and it hasn't been repaired. turns out the part is not available but no one bothered to check before i brought the phone in. was of a week when i could have found someone during that time to get it fixed. completely un professional. i left before i got angry enough to do something i would regret.
