I was blessed and fortunate to have David Del Re recommended to me. David has been representing me for several years both pre and post-divorce. My ex-husband’s goal was to ruin my life by spending almost every penny we had.

David represented me throughout the years for an order of protection hearing, custody trial, financial trial, visitation hearings, child support issues, maintenance issues, and contempt issues against both me and my ex. He supported me while my children and I were dealing with a Child representative, two Custody Evaluators, an attorney for my child, and supported my oldest child by filing a petition for an “In Camera Hearing.” David took the lead and I trusted his ability to represent me on both an Appeal with the Appellate Court and next with the Supreme Court of IL. All initiated by my ex-husband.

David has been successful defending for me in every aspect of my divorce proceedings. My ex was so frustrated losing he went through at least 5 different attorney’s.

David is exceptional in trial. I can’t imagine anyone as Masterful as him. David is extremely articulate, knowledgeable, quick thinking, persuasive and passionate. He aggressively advocates for me while at the same time exhibiting class and professionalism throughout all of my divorce proceedings.

I never had any other attorney there is no reason : Custody Trial – I got sole custody, Financial Trial – lucrative outcome, Trials and hearings regarding my children – successful, Contempt charges –won, Appeal – won, Supreme Court verdict – won, and David’s Fees- very reasonable.

I agree!! Stay far away from David DelRe. He makes up stories that change from meeting to meeting and will drag a case out for years to work the file and your check book!!!!!!! Very Bad!!!!!

I had the pleasure of having Mr.Del Re as my Guardian Ad Litem to my daughter for custody,and he did an exceptional job,and has a clean cut appearance very presentable.He really is a caring and empathetic man.

What the person commenting below me does not know is you have to also provide proper information and documentation for order for things to come out in your favor.I for one did a little research on how i can help Mr.Re to get the results i wanted and he delivered! i now have full custody of not only one ,but both of my daughters and have a new Happy Family and home.Thank You Mr. Del Re ..You changed my life for the bettter!!!! I retained David mid case, but he could did not get anything done. He did not honor my requests for asking for another child custody evaluation. Because of this I lost custody of my kids. He removed himself from the case 4 weeks before the trial date because I couldn't come up with the retainer, but when he did he did not ask for an extension HE ACTUALLY TOLD THE JUDGE THAT ALL PENDING DATES SHOULD BE KEPT!!!! He did not keep me updated on the case. I would constantly call him and he would not return my calls. I would e-mail him and he would not reply. He charged .3 hours for reading and forwarding a one page note from one fo the other attorneys. The only good thing I can say about his office is the Courtney, one of his staff members is the only nice person in the office. Everyone else is snobby, rude, and is unable to show any empahty to the clients. So if you want personable service that gets results don't see Mr Del Ray.
