BY FAR WORST WENDYS(SERVICE, MANAGEMENT, AND POLICY FOLLOWING DOESNT EXIST) they undercooked my spicy chicken and also burned my fries for two meals. I went here often until i reported this incident and the manager BELINDA told me she would save my receipt in her office and renew my exact order when i came in. Since it was SO AWFUL AND COSTLY i didnt go back thr NEXT day but i went back a few days later hoping they would get it together. The manager Belinda was rude as hell. She treated me as if i messed up, didnt call in, overcooked my own food, and her attitude was extremely unpleasant. I told her about my order and even after answering unnecessary questions and getting looked at like i had a third eye in the middle of my forhead and having to go through the most WITH THE MANAGER I HAD ALREADY TALKED TO and confirmed there was no problem.... She made it stressful for me to get my order renewed as she had said she would. She also downgraded the order she gave me back to a smaller size when i Pain In Full for my original meal WENDYS MESSED UP... Belinda also tried cheating me out of my meal.. So to not include the full meal was really a slap in the face. When the employee asked the Belinda about the rest of my meal belinda told her to down grade it_she didnt want to give me all i had paid for and still hasn't. Since then ive been in once and the employees were being extremely disruptive. There was a male worker holding the door the kitchen open loudly laughing at customers and causing a dramatic show in fact he saw talking about customers in spanish and the manager seemed to be in on the disrespect aswell. He was so loud and rude that i yelled damn so he would know we could all witness him being rude and unprofessional. There were employees talking on the phone loudly behind the register which should've been done on personal time and certainly disturbed my lunch. When people work for thier money they want decent service at least... Theres dirty tables and ill never spend another dime here
The best place to go if you want the best service ever! Mostly the Manager (older man) which is suppose to put an example to the rest of the team but he wants be selfish for example. I wasn't aware we have to order our sauces when we are ordering through speaker, he said I couldn't get me sauce because I didn't order it when I was ordering my order. (At the window) I even offered money to money to buy sauces and he still said NO! So do you guys think that's good customer service ? Ah no on top of that he looked mad. Fire him he's making you guys look bad. Seriously manage the managers more! The worst never going there again and I think I stop there almost 4days a week u do the math n tell me how much u loosing!!
