We purchased 3 Rosebud trees from them. 2 are alive and well. 1 is not. They planted it and it is under a 1 year warranty. After repeated attempts to get them to replace it, we've decided to write this review. The first request was met with skepticism and an onsite inspection of the tree. Their conclusion was that the tree was being watered too much... guess what? we have NOT watered the trees due to the above average precipitation we've experienced for this time of year. The other 2 trees are fine. For our second replacement request, they asked us to provide pictures. I took several of the one we want replaced and the one's that are healthy. When we provided them, they didn't even take a look at it and proceeded to tell us that they would go and check out the tree. Which led me to inform them that they had already done so (you'd think they have a record of this). I also challenged their reasoning and asked for empirical proof. I can prove that the cause is not over-watering, can you refute my proof with some of your own? To which they replied... well, he has 40 yrs of experience... (great, he also works for you, doesn't he?). For 145 bucks plus 100 dollars for installation, you'd think they would be more professional about this. Further, I need empirical proof that you are not BSing me with your 40 yrs of biased experience. We spend a considerable amount of money each year at Earl May. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
