        I took a chance back in Dec 2014, on my way home from Santa Cruz, looking for a particular tire. The customer service was excellent and fast and "with a smile"! The Manager initially helped me, he was sincere, and fast in doing his job. The tire was installed and I was on my way shortly after. There was woman helping at the counter, that is a plus in a business where it is prominently men. Just wish they were as courteous in the Santa Cruz branch.

        I signed up for a Firestone credit card after doing $1,250 worth of services with this place. The credit card would get me 20% off, so I signed up and a week later paid off the card in full.

        Two weeks later my truck wasn't starting right, so I took it in, again, to have it checked. Firestone said evrything was ok, even though clearly they fixed something, since the issue I noticed went away.

        Then, without my authorization they charge me $65 and put it onto the credit card. Now 7 month later, I'm in collections.

        F U Firestone: You lost my business for life you bunch of low life scum bags!
