Well, when we bought our spa last November I wrote a review on the sales process and how Mark sold us what we wanted and what best suited our needs. He told us when we bought the tub if we ever had a problem he would try to troubleshoot with us over the phone and save us a service call but if that didn't work we could expect him in 24-48 hours. Well, we had something happen and he was as good as his word.Within 48 hours of our first call he was here to help us out. Turns out, it may not be a spa problem at all but something in our electrical service. Far from being upset that he drove an hour for what is likely not his problem, he actually went through the tub to ensure that everything was set up properly, tightened up some things that had come a bit loose in 10 months or so of frequent use and told us to call him whenever we needed him. We have been conditioned to accept bad service for a good price but with Spa Wholesaler you get both service and price. Thank you!
