        Complete nightmare from start to extremely long finish just to get my taxes done resulting in thousands of lost dollars to the IRS Perhaps you will have better luck. I finally gave up after not being able to hear back once my preparation fee was paid. I was able to find a reputable company that had taxes done in days. Good luck
