Only received 1 key, car smells like a cigarette factory and get only excuses to get it cleaned , had to buy front license plate holder

Steve, the elderly man, was really nice and professional. Seemed willing to work with a young college student and work out a nice deal. Was quoted a price by him, then asked again when work needed to be done on the vehicle before it was ready and was told the price would be the same that I was quoted. HOWEVER when I returned after the vehicle was ready to test drive it, his wife was in charge. She insisted on accompanying me on the test drive, and I did not get a decent chance to see how the car would behave when up to speed. Then when I mentioned the quoted price she immediately became rude and said "My husband should never of told you that price, I put money into this in repairs and probably won't be able to keep that price". Was told she would call me back the next day to "See whether she could keep the price I was TOLD by her husband" and never received a call. Tried calling their shop and every call was ignored. If you can, deal purely with Steve. But avoid his wife.
It sucks!! Bought a 2005 sante Fe,, had light on from get go but promised it would be permanently off,, 30 days back and forth to their shop with light still on to be told... Warranty run out,, deal with it yourself... To save my credit went to the bank got a 2000 dollar loan to have a new engine put in my vehicle with other work... They are con artists, rip offs,, and will never recommend anyone to these ppl!!!! Very Untrustworthy and a lesson learned for me!!!! I know of 15 more ppl that have got screwed as well... I
Staff (especially Cliff) are extremely professional and patient when buying a vehicle. I didn't know what I wanted, but Widricks was able to find the best vehicle that I could afford and at an interest rate that was fair. I will always go back and refer my friends and family.
I was very happy with my service! I bought a 2006 gmc envoy with 90k miles and I love it!!!!! Now it has 130k I have never had a single problem with it! You have to take care of your vehicles if you want them to last you long time! And i just recently bought another vehicle and extremley happy highly recommended!
NOTHING BUT LIES AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!I found my vehicle online and everything looked great, and was treated OK until the deal was done. I was assured and promised the vehicle was in working mechanical condition. Upon delivery of the vehicle I was assured it was under warranty and had nothing to worry about if there were any problems. THAT WAS A LIE!!! The vehicle failed safety inspection the next day after they had already taken my trade back to New York and was forced by the dealer to keep the truck. I called expecting them to honor my warranty and also be concerned that the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive. After learning the vehicle was unsafe and also the parts werre covered under warrany, they still did not honor any nor care about the safety issues and the warranty they welched on. And when I expressed that they were doing was not only unethical but against the law, the manager MARC got on the phone and threatened me forcing my to keep the vehicle. He was extremely rude and had NO concept of ethics or how to treat a customer or how to honor proper business practices. I am now taking matters in to my own hands to fix the problems the dealer should have fixed, and was forced to take a vehicle I was not even close to happy with. I would not waste your time or money nor would I buy a car from a bully dealership. They lie to you and they promise the world but when the deal is done you better get a lawyer because you are going to need one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES WITH NO ETHICS.
