I stopped going there years ago because of rude employees at the desk. I sent my sons there in January, 2015, in a pinch. My sons told me that they are still unfriendly. Today, I called with a question. I felt like I was a bother and that they didn't have time for my simple question! I WILL never go there again!

I went to Empire Visionworks on May 20th 2015-and placed an order for glasses after my eye exam-!!-The glasses took awhile to get made-!!--When I went to pick up My glasses-I found that the PRESCRIPTION WAS WRONG & THE PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT COMPLETE-!!--the Clerk showed NO PROFESSIONALISM IN REGARDS TO THIS ISSUE-!!--Due to the POOR TREATMENT I RECEIVED I turned in a dispute to My Credit Card Company for all my MONEY BACK-!!--I HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL in this endeavor-!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-!!--YOU MAY END UP GETTING THE SAME TREATMENT-!!--I AM PREPARED TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB-CONSUMER AFFAIRS & THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE-!!
Never again. I went here to obtain new lenses for my glasses. I paid $400 for progressive lenses for my aviators and waited a week for them to arrive. The first optometrist gave to me and they worked fine for distance. I didn't try them for reading at that time. I took them home and tried them for reading...fail. I took them back the next day. The second optometrist that served me took a look a them and quickly told me that the lens blanks they ordered were too small and said that he'd order the correct lenses. I waited another week. I returned today, after their call with the expectation that all would be kosher and I'd finally have reading glasses. I went to the counter and they fetched the lenses from their storage bin. i gave them my glasses was told to come back in an hour. I came back early and was summoned to the customer service desk with great expectations. Alas, it was not to be. Once again they'd ordered the wrong size lens. I will likely have to wait a third week until the correct lenses arrive. Never again.
