Should have been better

Really big supply of animal products. Prices were alittle high though. Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, rats, mice Hamsters, Ferrets, Birds, Cats (from local animal shelter) were all in clean cages, albeit over crowded, but they had adequate food and clean water. My only complaints are, lack of customer service, sick and dead fish, wrong information on free care sheets, and lack of care on reptiles. They had a dehydrated tokay gecko, dehydrated and probably loaded with parasites ball pythons, no UVB bulb on the turtles and tortoises, no basking light on the red iguana. There was a flourescent bulb on the iguana but i could not tell if it was a proper UVB bulb or just a regular fish tank flourescent light bulb. They have 3 canadian garter snakes with crickets in their cage. Garter snakes do not eat crickets, even the little informational sticker on the garter snake cage said to feed them fish and worms. The crickets were climbing all over and biting the poor snakes.
There was one guy who was cleaning some of the tanks, i walked by him and he did not acknowledge me at all, in fact he had a angry look on his face like he did not want to be working. So i did not bother him about the reptile conditions. I emailed corporate offices about the conditions instead.
