Midas Auto Service

We are retired military and have been lucky enough to find this Midas, we know each technician on a first name basis, they have always been trustworthy, fairly priced and beyond helpful.

The previous comment was made by a disgruntled ex-employee and has been flagged for violation of the terms of service.

We went to a major competitor and they tried to rip us off for a catylitic converter and told us it would be two days. The crew at Midas fixed the car the same day and didn't try to rip us off. Thanks Midas.

Seemed great to actually go somewhere where they actually explained my problem and tried to save me money. I can't believe these other reviews!

I highly recommend staying away from this place. One of their mechanics broke my oil dipstick while changing the oil. When I went back to have them fix it they said they were not at fault and they would not fix it. They didn't even make an attempt at getting me pricing for the parts from the dealer to fix it. The manager was quite rude and I left shocked at how horrible the service was. There are several other mechanics in Watertown that offer better service at cheaper prices. I thought I could trust Midas for something as simple as an oil change, but I guess I was mistaken.

They broke my new car oil filter ring and oil leaked for a month. I went to Midas to fix my car but they say all is not leaking and they didn't do anything wrong. The engine oil keep leaked and I had to pay $80 in dealer serveice to fix the problem. The dealership told me to go to Midas in watertown, NY to reimburse fee because it was clearly Midas mechanic's mistake. Midas refused to refund money.
