Terpstra's Tax and Bookkeeping Service

Having a hell of a hard time attempting to contact this business for a status of my tax return which was timely submitted to the agency for processing and to date have not received but a promised of have it by Friday which was over a month ago and have not received. I call the number and all I get is a fax tone and no one answers. I called the IRS and was advised that Don Terpstra had submitted an extension for filing the tax return. I see no reason for needing to file a tax extension when I sent it to him on time? I have sent him numerous e-mails and have not received a response. I suppose when I do get to file my taxes and have to pay for penalties and interest I will have to sue him to recover this loss imposed on me due to negligence from part of Terpstra Tax Services. All e-mails sent to Terpstra's Tax Svc are on file as evidence of requesting a not only for status but for requesting to complete my taxes. Be aware before using the service from this business.
