I needed to rent a car due to a bad repair on my personal vehicle so I easily reserved one and scheduled pick-up on line. I used my bank card which is a debit card with a Visa logo that I run as a credit all the time to avoid exposing the use of my PIN. Well the next day I get a call and am told that is not adequate, I need to provide my most recent pay stub, utility bill in my name and something else. What kind of nonsense is this? They won't even let you pay cash. It has to be an actual credit card. I had one and used it, no problem, but the way they present this over the phone makes one feel like they are a criminal or some undesirable customer. If my card that I reserved it with was not good enough, they should tell you that up front instead of being grilled over the phone for personal information. Outside of that, it was fair. The sales pitch for all the add on services is not necessary either. Playing on fear to encourage added insurance and all the rest of the services was not necessary. They must have some kind of theft issue or some really bad customers renting cars to take this approach. In addition to this, I asked if they pick the customer up and they said, they did not have enough staff to do that. If you advertise the service, either deliver or stop advertising it is how I see it.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I needed a car to get down to Maryland for the weekend so I reserved at the last minute. I was probably their most problematic customer due to my bank but they were more than willing to work with me and help me as much as they could. Great place!
clean and affordable cars. Nice people. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
