Purchased a sectional on October 29 and was told it'd be delivered by the following Tuesday (November 8th). Not only was it not delivered, but it took me calling the store to find out it had in fact made it to the store the day before. The woman I spoke with tried telling me it'd be delivered the following Tuesday, but I told her that was not what I was told upon purchasing the sectional so it had to be delivered the next day. She then transferred me to a delivery manager that assured me it would be delivered first thing the next morning. By 9am the next morning it still wasn't delivered, I was actually at work and my husband had to go back to work. I called the store and was told it was going to be delivered after a delivery on Fort Drum. This is NOT what I was told by the manager. So not only are the sales people incapable of keeping their word and following up with customers that pay outright for products, but it appears as though the staff in general has issues with being truthful to begin with. Didn't have any issues like this with Morrisons when I bought a tv stand 2 weeks prior. I will not be doing business with Massey's ever again and highly recommend anyone that does holds them to what they say.

AVOID this store at all costs. You will thank me later. What a horrible business. Everything about this business is a joke. Their couch ruined our hardwood flooring because they left the factory metal staples in the glides of the couch, and unfortunately we didn't know until the damage was done- scratches so deep in our brand new Acacia flooring, in the opposite direction of the planks. Have been given the run around for over a year and a half and YET to receive compensation to have our flooring fixed by our builder.
