Sakura Steak House

The service was not what I expected. We had a reservation . We arrived early. We were brought to the table then back to waiting area. We were seated a few mins later. We were not seared for more then 5 mins. Our soup and salad arrived together, then she took our drink order. I told her that we were not in a hurry. She made believe she did not understand what I was saying. She took our order. The cook came out right after that. My 10 year old daughter ordered a kids meal and she questioned her age. Very rude. The cook tried to tun on the overhead fan and it would not turn on. They asked all of us to move to another table. Once seated we were told the fan is now working and were asked to move back to our original seats. Once the cook went over our orders . One of them was incorrect. I felt that the manager or owner should of came over and offered a discount, a few drink, dessert.. Something.. They offered nothing not even an apology ..
