        My Neighbor used Eckmayer's very inexperienced service. They demanded more money than what they originally quoted. Buyer Beware. They intentionally cut down branches on our trees that were across the property line and caused irreparable damage to the seven trees' branches and to the root system to those trees on our property. The 45 year old trees if they die, we will incur the cost of taking them down ($6-$18K or more). They could have done some of the excavation work by hand to avoid even touching the trees, but through waste, general neglect to the trees, our concerns, and trying to save themselves time and make more money, Eckmayer is a horrible business model. They have created a lunar landscape in my neighborhood and a complete eyesore. The one 'gentleman' who seemed to be in charge was not only confrontational to me; he dismissed anything I was trying to tell him. His attitude was sort of, 'why should I listen to this guy...he's not paying me'? They created holes while looking for the property stakes on my property and did nothing to fill them in until I protested. Then they didn't even use grass seed or straw and put the grass sod at the bottom of the whole. Smart. If they would have used the more than clearly marked property stake as a guide in the rear of the property they wouldn't have had to dig so many holes to find the property stake in the front. Not a smart operator or operation.
