Five Star Bank

I have banked at five star, former National Bank of Geneva for over 20 years. They hold my current mortgage. I am disgusted over the last few months. Through no fault of my own, I have found myself in 3 separate situations in which mistakes were made by retailers that caused a problem with my account. This lead to overdraft charges that lead to more problems that would not have occurred had it not been for the exorbitant charges in the first place. Despite explaining the situation, they would not reverse the charges. I find it despicable that they use my money and they charge me to do it! It seems like bad business under these circumstances, and I will be refinancing and transferring my account to one of their competitors. Thanks for nothing!
